  • 3 grams of fat

  • 90 percent Daily Value vitamin B12
  • 23 percent Daily Value vitamin B2

Cricket powder (ground crickets) is a complete protein. Meaning it contains it contains essential branched-chain amino acids. If you don’t diversify your protein sources you do risk being deficient in certain amino acids which could lead to potential health issues.
